Hassan Al Hashemi is Vice President of International Relations at Dubai Chambers, the emirate’s engine of economic advancement and growth that drives business impact for its members while cementing Dubai’s reputation as a global business and trade hub. Al Hashemi is a recognized representative of Dubai Chambers in international settings. He leads engagements with public and private sectors as well as bilateral strategic dialogues to boost international partnerships and trade relations, drive high-level business networking programmes, and maximize the impact of inbound and outbound delegations and missions. Under Al Hashemi’s leadership, Dubai Chambers has expanded its global reach through the establishment of 15 international representation offices across Africa, Latin America, CIS, Asia (India and China), and the Middle East. He also played a leading role in establishing and developing the Dubai Association Centre, the first centre of its kind in the region that aims to attract non-profit international business and professional bodies to Dubai. Hassan Al Hashemi holds a BA degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Dubai. He is a graduate of the “Mohammed Bin Rashid Programme for Leadership Development”. He also serves as Vice-Chair of the World Chambers Federation MENA region, Secretary General of the International Chamber of Commerce – UAE Chapter (ICC-UAE) and serves on a number of boards of local and international business organizations.

Hoor Al Khaja, Senior Vice President in International Operations within the Dubai Corporation of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DCTCM), part of Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET)
Hoor Al Khaja is Senior Vice President in International Operations within the Dubai Corporation of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DCTCM) – the body responsible for the branding, promotion and marketing of the Emirate of Dubai under Dubai Economy and Tourism (DET).
Hoor joined the Corporation in 2013, initially working on the Tourism Sector Strategy, before transferring to the International Operations Department, where she worked on various different markets for the past 10 years, most notably the Asia Pacific region where she focused on driving the inbound China Market Strategy to Dubai, pushing China up from Dubai’s 11th source market to its 4th. She now oversees all of Dubai’s global source markets, and is ultimately responsible for making Dubai one of the top 3 global most-visited destination in the world.
An experienced public speaker, Hoor acts as a DET spokesperson, working to highlight Dubai’s position as a global business and leisure destination.
Prior to this role, Hoor was a Senior Research Analyst working on Public Policy and Strategy at the UAE Prime Minister’s Office.

As MCI’s Global Vice President – Associations & Communities, Nikki is responsible for ensuring MCI’s rich experience, expertise and innovations are uniquely aligned to solve each client’s needs and optimize growth and engagement with their wider community and eco-system.
Nikki has led MCI’s global association business for fifteen years and moved her global headquarters from Brussels to Dubai in 2011 to help further develop the association industry. She oversees MCI’s regional hubs in Brussels, Dubai, Singapore, Washington, DC and Sao Paulo serving Europe, Middle East, Asia and North and Latin America, respectively, as well as many national offices and markets. Her global team of professionals help associations create meaningful experiences, events and impact; design and deliver effective engagement, targeted communications and digital transformation and build communities through consulting, management and engagement solutions.
Nikki is passionate about helping international associations design their global strategy, penetrate and succeed in new markets and develop relevant value propositions around the world. She has extensive association management, consulting and engagement experience having served as Executive Director for several associations under MCI’s management including the European Society of Association Executives. She spends her days helping international associations with their global strategy, value proposition and operational effectiveness and regularly conducts consulting projects from strategy development and market research to board retreats, strategic planning, audits and environmental scans and business planning across a wide variety of sectors and industries.
