The Global Future of Work

The global landscape is rapidly evolving. How can associations ensure they are focused on the key skills both their staff and members need to thrive in this environment. The 2023 World Economic Forum “Future of Jobs” report found that “the fastest-growing roles relative to their size today are driven by technology, digitalization, and sustainability” and identified analytical thinking, creative thinking, and resilience as their top three job skills.

In this session we will hear from global association leaders on how these trends are resonating within their associations, and the connection between AI, skills development, and the future of work.
