Hervé Bosquet has 30 years of experience as international advisor in whole systems change, transformational leadership, and change interventions in complex organisational structures.
After 10 years as Director of Public Programmes at Management Centre Europe (MCE), the European headquarters of the American Management Association (AMA), he founded Bosquet & Associates in 1987.
The Brussels based consulting practice specialises in designing and facilitating change programmes in international organisations and communities. He collaborates with a worldwide network of associates who use systemic thinking and approaches to bringing about change in organisations.
He carried out assignments in multinationals and institutions around the world and served as advisor and trainer on a variety of change programs, notably within the European System of Central Banks (ESCB) and EAN International (now GS1).
Hervé Bosquet headed up the Brussels Convention Bureau between 2002 and 2015. He currently coordinates the activities of the Global Association Hubs Partnership (GAHP) which Brussels, Dubai, Singapore and Washington, D.C. launched in 2015. The partner cities joined forces to help associations grow.
Hervé Bosquet has been president of MPI Belgium and of the Belgian Association of PCOs (BAPCO). He holds a Masters’ degree in Economic and Social Sciences from the University of Namur (Belgium) and an Executive BAM from Columbia University. He is a Certified Meeting Manager (CMM) and is fluent in English, French and Dutch.
